In Bali, the civil ceremony will be conducted by Indonesian Government Registry Officials and will be presented on a certificate issued by the Civil Registrar. This Bali wedding package is suitable for those couple who have married before somewhere else.

Please find below the document required for the Civil Wedding only:
- Copy of passport (both partners)
- Copy of birth certificate (both partners)
- Copy of decree absolute if you have been marriage before
- Copy of passport of two witnesses (we can be your witnesses)
- Copy certificate of marriage from ministry of religion
- Widower must present a copy of death certificate of the former spouse.
- Fill in the booking form, wedding arrangement form and civil form
- 4 pieces of photograph size 4 x 6 ( the groom in the right side)
- Letter of No Impediment to marriage which is legalized by representative embassy or consulate in Bali/ Indonesia, certifying that the couple has no objection to getting married in Indonesia.
If you already married at the church in your country or other place, but wants your special day more memorable, you may need to consider performing a ceremony in Bali. Some paper works that you will need to complete are the letter of No Impediment from your consulate in Bali, the certificate of marriage from the ministry of religion and copy passports from both partners. In fact, all wedding organizers in Bali, including us, will be much easier if you already have the certificate of marriage from the ministry of religion. Of course, we will need your birth certificate of both partners too, as well as the copy passports of the witnesses. For the latter documents, you can be sure that we will be able to become your witnesses, if necessary. For widows and widowers, we would like them to provide the necessary copy of death certificate of the former spouse.
Our process is easy. In order for us to get our wedding planners to work, we would like you to fill in the forms of booking, wedding arrangement, and the civil form. You also have to prepare 8 photographs of 4 x 6. In the photos, the groom should be at the right hand side. The letter of No Impediment to Marriage legalized by representative embassy or consulate of your country in Bali or Indonesia and it should certify that there is no objection to the couple getting married in Indonesia. To prepare for the occasion faster, you should forward all of the already available documents to us.
The price of our package, called Civil Wedding Package, is flexible and you are free to contact us for more details for this matter. In the package, we can include document processing, civil registrar, civil certificate of pre-wedding meeting service with wedding coordinator, pick up service to the consulate. In order to add the Bali nuance to the ceremony, we can provide two flower girls in Balinese costume including the flower petals. We can also provide Balinese welcome board with fresh flowers decoration as well as Balinese ring stand.
As your wedding organizers we will be able to prepare one set of digital photographs as the documentation for the ceremony. These photographs will be printed with the album and CD-ROM. The wedding coordination fee is already included in the overall package. However, consulate fee, meals, accommodations and setup decoration are excluded from our package.
